Files are processed to generate insights and never stored. When you upload a financial statement to Plainledger, it is sent directly to our analysis service to produce the breakdown, metrics, and recommendations you see on screen. We do not save, archive, or retain your file on our servers.

Data is not shared with third parties. Your file contents and any derived data are not sold, shared, or transmitted to any external service beyond the secure analysis pipeline required to generate your report.

Files are deleted immediately after analysis. Once the insights are returned and displayed, all temporary data associated with your upload is purged. No persistent copy remains.
